Ilana is co-owner of AppleCheeks Reusable Diapers and mother to three girls - Azure, Phoenix and Ione. She's also the owner of A Jaded Mama, a blog about mothering, small business ownership and all things green. When she's not busy coming up with new product ideas, working on social media campaigns and co-managing the business, you'll find her doing handstands, doing pull-ups, co-sleeping, raising school-aged children and reading.

Amy is the other co-owner of AppleCheeks Reusable Diapers and mom to three boys - Bailey, Davray, Sacha, and to beautiful DAUGHTER, River. She's a dedicated and very attached parent and just adores the company of her enormous, gorgeous boys. When she's not busy juggling the company finances, talking on the phone with suppliers and trying to talk Ilana down off a cliff, you'll find her very involved in her community activities and enjoying the great outdoors.

Natalie is the Social Media Coordinator for AppleCheeks Reusable Diapers. You can find her on @AppleCheeksDipe on Twitter or Instagram or the Facebook page! Natalie is the mother of three children - Elinor (6), Grant (3) and Roslyn, who will celebrate her first year of life - fully diapered in AppleCheeks - in December! Meet Blyss

You all know we love our social media - you can find us on Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook - but did you know we also have a group of moms (and babies) that are out there spreading the word on their own social media channels? We call these ladies the AppleCheeks Ambassadors, and we are so proud to have each and every one of them working with us. In talking about the Ambassadors, we've had a lot of questions about how to become one. We reach out to the Ambassadors because we've seen them advocating for the brand and just showing an abundance of love for the diapers. Although the program is currently closed to new Ambassadors, we are always on the look out for potential candidates!

We thought it might be nice for all of our fans to get to know the Ambassadors a bit more in depth. While you can get a little glimpse into their lives by following them on Instagram it's always nice to get a little more personal, and so we started the Ambassador Spotlight! This week, we're chatting with Blyss. Blyss is one of our newer ambassadors and she hit the ground running creating an amazing music video featuring Emerald City, Lake Echo, and the {at the time} un-released Steel Me! You can follow Blyss on instagram at @missblyss

Can you tell us a little about your family? I am mama to a beautiful 16 month old darling daughter, who's been diapered in AppleCheeks since she was 2 months old! Her Father & I live together in a little cabin in the woods of central Alaska (really it's in the US, but we are closer to Canada!), and plan on wintering on the Big Island of Hawaii. We look forward to making more little bundles of joy in the future!

How did you find out about AppleCheeks? I discovered AppleCheeks because of (surprise!) Instagram! We always planned on cloth diapering, but were unable to the first few weeks of our daughters life because she was in the NICU with respiratory issues. When we got home, we struggled w/ prefolds, the bulky fit of OS pocket Diapers. Finally, one day we found pics of a little in adorable trim fitting size one ACs, all because of the #clothdiapers has tag! It was love at first sight, and we had to try them. We bought one in each size, and the rest is history.

What's your favorite thing about AppleCheeks?  Just ONE thing? Impossible! I love everything about these diapers. First off, I love the flexible trim fit we get with a two size system & one-size inserts. Secondly, I LOVE the absorbency and squishy softness of the bamboo inserts. Third, ALL THE COLORS! I am a fan of brights... And I love how the solid colors go with so many outfits. Finally, I love the AppleCheeks community. I've found so much love & support through fellow AC mama... It's so much more than a cloth diapering community.
There, my FOUR favorite things! ;)

Do you have any advice for someone new to AppleCheeks? Own a two size stash! To start with, if you aren't sure what size will fit your baby best, get one in each size first. A surprising number of babies can fit in both sizes! Size one fits tiny newborns, but can also fit slim older babies well. My daughter could fit in both sizes since about 6 month, and is now still fits in a size one at 16 months old. Every baby carries their weight differently, and "sizes up" at different ages & stages.
Also join the online communities, like Applecheeks Anonymous on Facebook, because you'll find so much advice & support there!

Thank you Blyss! And now for a giveaway! Blyss has a special connection to Forget Me Not, it's Alaska's state flower! Today, she'll be announcing a giveaway for a Forget Me Not Little Bundle. Make sure you are following @missblyss on instagram so you catch her post with all the details of how you could win!
